Dein Start @ AIG – was Dich erwartet
Unser Early-Career-Program richtet sich an Absolvent:innen aller Fachrichtungen, die vielfältige Aufgaben in einem internationalen Umfeld suchen und Freude haben an der Analyse von Kennzahlen, dem Austausch und Verhandlungen mit Maklern und Kunden, Beziehungsmanagement, Event-Koordination, dem Setzen von Wachstumsimpulsen sowie dem Begleiten von Neugeschäften. In unserem Programm lernst Du, eigenständig und auf Augenhöhe mit den Kunden, die Interessen unseres Unternehmens zu vertreten und spartenübergreifende Verhandlungen zu führen.
Während des Traineeprogramms hast Du die Möglichkeit im Rahmen von Rotationen unser Unternehmen näher kennenzulernen. Der Aufenthalt in den Abteilungen Marketing und Kommunikation sowie KMU-Vertrieb hilft Dir, in unterschiedliche Themen tiefer einzutauchen und Dir gleichzeitig versicherungsübergreifendes Wissen anzueignen.
Zusätzlich zum Training-on-the-job nimmst Du regelmäßig an globalen Workshops und Networking-Veranstaltungen teil und lernst Kolleg:innen der AIG weltweit kennen. Dein Start bei AIG wird von einem Mentor begleitet und Du wirst unabhängig von Deinem Abschluss überdurchschnittlich vergütet. Unser Programm startet im Juli 2026 und Du erhältst einen unbefristeten Arbeitsvertrag.
Was Du mitbringst:
- Bachelor oder Masterabschluss, z. B. in BWL / VWL, Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Sales Management, Sales Administration oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs (internationale Abschlüsse von Vorteil) im Jahr 2025 oder 2026
- Mindestens erste Berufserfahrung (z. B. durch Praktika) von Vorteil, idealerweise im Versicherungsbereich
- Motivation und Leistungsbereitschaft, sich in neue Themenbereiche einzuarbeiten
- Teamfähigkeit und schnelle Auffassungsgabe für wirtschaftliche Themen sowie Entscheidungsfreude
- Sehr gute Deutsch-, Englisch- sowie MS-Office-Kenntnisse
