Trainee, Influencer Marketing & Talent Gifting

The Fine Print: 

Our Los Angeles office is excited to be looking for an Influencer Talent Gifting/Dressing Trainee for our US team here at R&CPMK! 

You will work closely with both the LA & NYC team during our industry’s busiest season which includes Hollywood’s biggest awards shows and global fashion weeks. We’re looking for someone with an interest in both fashion & entertainment who isn’t afraid to get stuck in and assist the team in securing impactful talent placements. 

• Support R&CPMK staff across all offices in day-to-day responsibilities including, but not limited to, stylist outreach, assisting with showroom appointments with stylists, talent & publicists, gifting opportunities, important talent deliveries, media & social monitoring and placement tracking. 

• Carrying out and monitoring gifting programs, including coordinating delivery/shipment logistics (domestic & international) 

• Assist with important talent deliveries and drop-offs within Los Angeles.  

• Participate in creative brainstorms around client program ideas, gifting & dressing outreach, talent considerations, etc. 

• Administrative duties include inventory management via Fashion GPS, showroom appointments and stylist outreach. 

• Assist staff with research projects including researching talent, contact names, industry trends, or other assigned subjects 

• Other related duties/projects as assigned

 We want to provide you with skills, experience, and a good dose of inspiration. But we also use the program as a training camp of sorts. It’s one of the primary ways we identify talent matches for our regular entry-level full-time roles at R&CPMK 

**Trainee roles are temporary positions, paid, 40 hours per week starting with a 4-month term. 

Salary: $17.00/hour
