This is a fantastic opportunity for Diploma-qualified individuals currently working in roles such as Paraplanning, Client Management, Mortgage Advice, or Financial Services Administration, who are looking to take the next step into a Financial Planner position.
You will begin in a supported, desk-based advisory role, working with an established client bank and gaining hands-on experience delivering advice, building relationships, and developing towards full Financial Planner status.

Responsibilities
- Deliver financial planning advice to an existing portfolio of clients (typically up to £250k in investable assets)
- Conduct client reviews and ongoing servicing conversations
- Support the conversion of existing clients onto ongoing service propositions
- Build relationships and identify additional client needs across wealth planning areas
- Generate advice income and contribute to revenue targets
- Collaborate with internal teams across the wider Titan group to identify opportunities
- Ensure all advice is compliant with FCA regulations and internal processes
- Maintain accurate and high-quality client documentation and reporting
- Continue developing technical knowledge and industry expertise
Who We’re Looking For
- Hold the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (Level 4 or equivalent) (essential)
- Have experience within financial services (e.g. paraplanning, client support, account management, mortgage advice)
- Are looking to transition into a client-facing financial planning role
- Have strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Are motivated by long-term career progression within financial planning
- Have a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail
- Are comfortable working in a target-driven, client-focused environment
- Cashflow modelling experience
- Ambition to progress towards Chartered status
