Being a Trainee Design & Proposal Engineer, you will be liable for offering technical information and guide in the design, improvement, and proposal of the systems. You may collaborate with go-purposeful groups to ensure a hit execution of initiatives, assembly client necessities, industry requirements, and employer objectives. Your primary concern might be on developing innovative design solutions, preparing technical proposals, and contributing to the growth and success of the company. Your will ensure proper and well-timed techno/commercial proposal submission for the assignment assigned to you. You are chargeable for the grooming and schooling of recent hires and interns as nicely.
Providing technical and commercial pre-sales support to exceed strategic targets.
Working well with international teams to drive customer-centric solutions and managing day-to-day departmental matters.
Focusing on improving sales team effectiveness. Adding value by supporting international technical teams and develop integrated systems and tools.
Aligned with all internal key stakeholders while ensuring task completion within agreed timelines.
Review / analyze RFQ with respect to technical & commercial requirement. Proposing Turn-Key solutions (Electrical and Process Automation).
Ensuring compliance with policies and procedures relating to business conduct. Meeting all OEM ethical & legal standards with regards to commercial processes.
Responsibly executing all international bids and proposals while Minimizing risk in all outgoing bids.
Strategize effectively during the pre-sales cycle to mitigate risks and minimize the impact on project execution.
Collaborating with global OEMs to proactively track Capex programs and guarantee user specifications.
Leading the effort for detailed Capex/Sales plans related to automation solutions and services.
Leading the team toward best solutions acceptable to customer.
Training the new team members with all the solutions available and also the whole team with the new solution introduce in the market.
Sharing of acquired knowledgebase in form of documentation and trainings to fellow resources.
Analyzing key accounts, developing penetration strategies, and execute tactics to increase market share.
Diagnose, document, and solve customer problems with seamless solutions. Extract and validate actual solutions with value delivered and pave the way for value propositions.
Understanding the contractual terms & conditions and effectively negotiate with customers.
∙ Graduate in Electrical, Electronics or Mechatronics engineering.
∙ Fresh-2 years’ experience minimum.
∙ Experienced with various makes for Control Systems, DCS and SCADA.
∙ Proficient in oral and written English.
∙ Good communication skills.
∙ Knowledge of AUTOCAD/ 3D Modelling is preferred.
∙ Good knowledge of Oil and gas industry standards.
Good understanding of P and ID.
