WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Business Assistant
Responsibilities
Support in new business development.
Assist with client calls for potential new accounts at Another.
Help prepare presentation slides for client pitches.
Support the director with call scheduling (reminders for calls).
Assist with managing client calls (ensuring ongoing communication between the agency and Another).
Support in researching brands on social media for the agency, managing calls for the operations team (PR, IM, SM).
