We at NKG Vietnam work closely with the local people in the coffee producing areas and buy the green coffee materials directly from the farmers, producers, collectors and suppliers. For our group company, NKG Vietnam, we are looking for a Traffic Staff (7-month contract) (f/m/d).
The position will be based in An Phuoc, Dong Nai and reports directly to Traffic Manager
Your responsibilities
- Receive SI from Buyer and Update VCMS
- Update customer’s shipment position
- Co-ordinate with quality department to send samples on time
- Co-ordinated with Shipping lines and get booking reservation
- Follow-up with Mill, WHR, Quality about coffee availability
- Co-ordinate with all service providers likewise VCC&C, Café Control, VFC, Forwarders, documentation, shipping lines and general service providers for traffic related purposes and make daily stuffing plans
- Shipping instruction and send shipment plan to warehouse, quality department before 4PM for the operation of the following day
- Send SI to Shipping lines and make Shipping documents
- Update SA & issue Sales Invoice, prepare export documents to send to buyer (CO, phyto…)
- Arrange payment for shipping lines, service providers
- Co-ordinate with Quality, warehouse…to solve any claim from buyer
- Update new agreements/FTA related to import and export.….
- Other tasks assigned by your superiors.
Your profile
Vietnamese and English (both written and spoken)
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, Import-Export, or a related field.
Minimum 2 year of experience in logistics, shipping, import/export, or supply chain operations.
Experience in export documentation and international shipping processes is preferred.
High adaptability, problem-solving, teamwork and good communication
