業務責任

主にCreativeメンバーなどプロジェクトに関わるスタッフの稼働状況を把握し、アサイメントを行い、効果的なチームコミュニケーションやコラボレーションをプロジェクト全体を俯瞰しながら促進することで、プロジェクトが納期内に完了することを担保していただきます。

主な役割

  • 主としてCreativeスタッフの、また場合によってAccount, Strategic Planning等のスタッフの全体稼働管理。
  • 適材適所のアサインをする上でのスタッフのcapabilityの把握とクライアントのニーズの把握をしチーム内のケミストリーを理解した上でスタッフアサインや協業の可否の判断を行う。
  • 外部パートナー会社の契約締結や契約更新等の管理。
  • タレントマネジメントメンバーと連携してフリーランス等の新規契約や契約更新等の管理。
  • 社内リソースのみならず社外パートナーとの連携を踏まえ円滑なスタッフアサイメントを行う。
  • 日々のプロジェクトでのスタッフの稼働状況を把握し、アサインしたスタッフの進捗管理を行う。

必要スキル/経験

  • 広告代理店や関連業界で主にクリエイティブのプロジェクト全体の流れを理解してプロジェクト管理やリソース管理を行なった経験。

  • 広告代理店や関連業界でのアカウントマネジメントの経験。
  • 日本語ビジネスレベル以上、英語力あれば尚可。

  • チームプレーヤーであり、異なるチーム(アカウント、PMO、プランナー、クリエイティブなど)と協調性を持って仕事ができる方。

  • チームと協力し、コミュニケーションを積極的にとれる方。

Job Overview

Manage all project-related resources, working closely with each stakeholder to ensure that the project proceeds efficiently and smoothly, leading to a successful completion of the project.

Assign and help manage staff resources within creative, ensuring that creatives work to deliver effectively, efficiently and in a timely manner.

Understand workflow of projects and amount of hours needed for projects.

Key Accountabilities

  • Assign staff members to projects based on the availability of staff, primarily in Creative, Account, and Strategic Planning.
  • Facilitate effective team communication and collaboration while maintaining an overview of the project as a whole, to support projects are completed on time.

Core Duties

  • Assigning the right person to the right position based on an understanding of the skills of the staff, the client's needs, and the chemistry within the team.

     

  • Manage contract management and renewal of contracts with external partners.

  • Manage new contracts and renewals of contracts with freelancers, etc. in cooperation with the talent management team members.

  • Ensure smooth staff assignments in collaboration with external partners as well as internal resources.

  • Grasp the availability of staff for daily projects and manage the progress of assigned staff.

Qualifications

  • 3 + years of experience in project management and resource management, primarily in understanding the overall creative project flow.

  • Team player, able to work collaboratively with different teams (Account, PMO, Planner, Creative).

  • Experience in account management at an agency.

  • Able to work with a team and communicate proactively.

  • Business level Japanese required. English proficiency is a plus.
