Traffic Coordinator Duties
- Act as a liaison between project managers, department heads, and teams to manage resource allocation
- Troubleshoot resourcing problems to ensure tasks remain on schedule
- Clearly communicate information regarding task status and issues
- Conduct weekly traffic meetings with project management and digital teams
- Assign and track project requests and tickets
- Review project plans and weekly status reports for resource planning and forecasting
- Assists in the development of new, more effective, and more efficient traffic team processes
- Acts as project manager for internal agency projects and as backup project management coverage, as needed
