As a Trading Systems Analyst, you will be part of our Quantitative Analyst team. You will work with experienced data scientists to monitor and investigate our trading behavior using our in-house suite of tools to understand and improve our various trading systems. You will be responsible for maintaining and auditing system algorithms and settings, tracking and analyzing system metrics, and assisting to ensure trading systems continue to operate at the highest level. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong aptitude and willingness to develop current skills while learning new ones.

What You'll Do:
- Maintain and audit various system settings, looking for ways to automate and track more efficiently
- Monitor and improve the tracking of various system metrics
- Investigate trading behavior using our in-house suite of tools to help identify inconsistent system behavior
- Maintain, update, and create Tableau dashboards and datasets
- Work with engineers to develop new applications
- Real-time monitoring of trading systems
- Must be able to work in our Chicago Loop office 5 days a week
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in analytical/quantitative field of study such as statistics, economics, mathematics, or computer science
- Proficient in Python
- Experience in SQL
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and a desire to work in a team environment
- Self-starter and independent attitude
- Demonstrated interest in financial markets and technology (finance background is not required and Options Education will be provided)
- Experience with iPython, Tableau, or alternative data visualization packages helpful
