As a Trading System Performance Engineer at All Options, you will play a key role in ensuring the stability, performance, and continuous improvement of our trading systems. Operating at the intersection of coding and real-time support, you will help optimize our trading environment while directly contributing to the success of our trading operations.
Your time will be split between performance-focused automation & monitoring work and an active support rotation, where you take ownership of live issues as they arise. While you will build tools and automation to improve our systems, you will also embrace a dynamic environment with frequent context-switching and real-time problem-solving.
From day one, you will work closely with traders and engineers on the trading floor, staying close to critical systems and the people who rely on them. You will be motivated by impact—whether that’s resolving urgent production issues, enabling smooth trade execution, or investigating complex system behavior to identify root causes.
This role requires a proactive and analytical mindset, balancing immediate operational needs with longer-term performance improvements. You will contribute to enhancing system architecture, monitoring capabilities, and automation, ensuring our trading platform remains robust and efficient under high-pressure market conditions.
This is a high-impact role where your work directly influences system reliability, trading performance, and the firm’s ability to operate effectively in fast-moving markets.
