DESCRIPTION:

Duties: Manage the futures and derivatives clearing operations team, ensuring precise trade capture, allocation, and reconciliation across exchanges, clients, and clearing houses such as CME Group, ICE, and OCC. Ensure the timely completion, review, and sign-off of all operational controls, while maintaining strict compliance with CFTC, NFA, and relevant exchange regulations. Lead and manage market-specific clearing projects, driving initiatives that focus on innovation, operational efficiency, and the exploration of new business opportunities. Identify and implement process improvements across trade and client workflows, collaborating with internal stakeholders including front office, trading desks, technology, compliance, legal, and other operations teams. Address and resolve client escalations and ad hoc inquiries from clients, legal, compliance, and audit functions. Supervise daily team activities, including workload distribution, performance feedback, personnel actions, and cross-training initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or related field of study plus seven (7) years of experience in the job offered or as Trading Services Manager, Associate/Transaction Processing Manager, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Master's Degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or related field of study plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or as Trading Services Manager, Associate/Transaction Processing Manager, or related occupation.

Skills Required: This position requires five (5) years of experience with the following: executing post-trade workflows using exchange-traded derivatives. This position requires any amount of experience with the following: applying CFTC, NFA, and exchange rules in operational workflows; operating exchange-specific user interfaces including CME FEC, ICE FEC, and OCC Encore; operating Fidelity Investor Services applications including ClearVision, FIS Cleared Derivatives, and Global Market Interface; Streamlining workflows, automating processes, and implementing controls to review KPIs and SOPs; developing and enhancing exchange reconciliations using Alteryx workflows.

Full-Time. Salary:  $138,599 - $163,000 per year.
