Job Description

The purpose of this role is to guarantee effective international pitch coordination, accurate data analysis on a fast-paced environment. This role reports to the Trading Director

Responsibilities 

  • Guarantees accurate and timeously reports aligned with the Trading Director 
  • Coordinates with international teams in pitches representing Portugal Market completing pitch templates with market data
  • Manages new business opportunities and keeps data up to date in Salesforce 
  • Ensures data analysis and builds solid insights
  • Supports and advises Account Teams by educating and promoting the best trading deals and strategies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field 
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in media trading or a similar role 
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in media buying
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel Proficiency is a must have! 
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar platforms
