Sports Trading Support
The main function of the Trading Support Team is to operate as a link between the Traders and our various internal- and external business partners.
Customer Support
Trading Graduate is required to answer and resolve any queries from the trading support team. They complete any additional tasks relating to trading and support as assigned by managers during their shifts.
Customer Analysis
Trading Graduate assists the Sports Traders with carrying out customer analysis and bet limit application.
Settlement
The Trading Graduate is expected to assist with settlement of any manual markets not covered by automation and resettlement reviewal.
Administration
Trading Graduate is expected to undertake administrative tasks as needed, to update databases that will assist with trading/odd compilation and sportsbook-related escalations.
