Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Contribute to the management of daily firm-wide trading, rebalancing, and reconciliation processes.
- Ensure proper execution of client and advisor requests.
- Support the maintenance of a centralized portfolio management platform across multiple offices.
- Assist in the administration and management of the portfolio rebalancing software.
- Perform other job-related duties or special projects as assigned.
Qualifications for this position:
- Bachelor’s degree with a preference for finance, statistics, math, or computer science.
- Experience in Tamarac rebalancing and portfolio management platforms is preferred.
- Pursuit, or completion, of financial analyst or financial planning coursework, such as CFA, CFP, CAIA, is a plus.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a demand for a high degree of accuracy.
- Highly proficient in computer software, including Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
- Knowledge of investment-related taxation and portfolio construction topics desired.
- Team player, able to work well with all levels of the firm, as well as with clients.
- This position interacts with the entire advisory team, along with our operations and compliance departments, and requires excellent interpersonal skills.
- Occasional travel may be required
