The Role

Support existing trading systems for internal and external customers in a fast-paced growing environment.

What You'll Do:

Create, modify, and maintain user logins and account configurations within WEX systems.
Provide 1st level support to all trading application users; respond to support requests via phone, email and IMs
Work with vendors (Exchanges, ECNs, etc.) to resolve production issues
Work with developers to improve software and troubleshoot problems
Maintain documentation of support processes, ongoing technical issues, and workarounds
Assist with resolving clearing issues
Work on special projects as necessary

What We're Looking For:

Must have proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Must have excellent customer support and communication skills
Must have an understanding of trading industry concepts and terminology
A working knowledge of finance industry clearing is a plus
Troubleshooting experience in financial trading applications, similar to Reuters, TT, PATS, Bloomberg, and GL Trade is a plus.
Proficiency with the Windows operating system is a plus
Self-motivated, energetic and results-orientated
2-3 years of Financial Services experience is preferred
