The Trading Analyst will be a member of the CoinFlip Finance Department specializing in all trading responsibilities including but not limited to wallet management, liquidity management, analyzing market trends and blockchain data, developing and executing trading strategies, monitoring positions, managing risk, providing insights to the trading team and more. 

Responsibilities: 

• Monitor and complete crypto Liquidity management and analysis.

• Management of Crypto Wallet.

• Ability to be customer facing for trading responsibilities of OTC desk.

• Treasury management of cash and cryptocurrency.

• Optimization of trading and liquidity flows.

• Oversight of order Management System implementation.

• Build and maintain strong working relationships across traditional and crypto-native financing counterparties.

• Work with internal groups to develop the financing trading product including technology, legal, operational and control functions. 

• Manage onboarding with Financial Institutions, Liquidity Providers and other trading related entities.

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in finance 

• 1-3 years relevant experience in financial services, crypto, or technology 

• Creatively problem solve issues using experience in both crypto and traditional finance markets 

• Flexible and adaptable to meeting the evolving needs of a high-growth and fast paced organization 

• Consistency, Longevity, Attention to detail, Timeliness and Communication at work. 

• Basic Financial/Trading/Accounting knowledge for reconciliation 

• Deep functional product knowledge of financing trading instruments including front to back trade lifecycle.

• Intracompany loan knowledge. 

• Blockchain knowledge.

Nice to Have: 

• Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchains.

• General passion and knowledge of fintech and crypto.

• Direct experience in crypto financing markets and infrastructure.

Base Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 USD
