Job Summary

The Trading Analyst analyzes sports data and makes informed decisions about creating and pricing various sporting event outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports, an analytical mind, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing sports data and determining odds for various sporting events.
• Monitor patterns and make adjustments to odds as necessary.
• Help manage risk and exposure by balancing risk across different outcomes
• Keep up-to-date with sports news and events that may impact the odds
• Work closely with other Operations teams to ensure that all picks are accurately offered, settled and any trading-related concerns are addressed
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and respond to any inquiries or concerns promptly
• Assist with the creation of new markets and the development of new trading strategies

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data sets
• Passion for sports and a good understanding of various sports and their rules
• Knowledge of sports betting markets and betting odds
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools
• Experience in sports betting
