About Us
- Proactively develop and acquire traditional financial institution clients; build and maintain a client relationship pipeline to drive full-funnel conversion from initial contact through onboarding to trading
- Collaborate closely with Product, Compliance, Risk, and Technology teams to deliver institutional-grade products and services
- Lead client negotiations and commercial terms discussions; drive contract execution and partnership implementation
- Continuously monitor existing institutional clients' business developments, identify incremental opportunities, and drive cross-selling to maximize client lifetime value
- Regularly produce market insights and competitive analysis; relay institutional clients' product and service needs and expectations
- Achieve sales targets (core KPIs including AUM growth, trading volume, new client acquisition, etc.)
- 3+ years of sales/BD experience in traditional finance (investment banking, asset management, private banking, brokerage, etc.); crypto industry experience preferred
- Established institutional client network with the ability to quickly engage senior decision-makers
- Basic understanding of — or strong willingness to learn about — crypto assets, digital asset custody, RWA, DeFi, and other emerging sectors
- Fluent in English, capable of conducting professional communications independently with global institutional clients
- Highly self-motivated and goal-oriented; comfortable in a high-intensity, fast-paced work environment
