- 3年以上传统金融行业销售/BD 经验（投行、资管、私人银行、券商经纪等），有加密行业经验者优先
- 具备成熟的机构客户网络资源，能够快速建立高层对话
- 对加密资产、数字资产托管、RWA、DeFi 等新兴领域有基本认知或强烈学习意愿
- 英文流利，能够独立与全球机构客户进行专业沟通
- 自驱力强，目标导向，适应高强度、快节奏的工作环境

Skills Required
- At least 3 years of traditional finance sales or business development experience, such as investment banking, asset management, private banking, or securities brokerage
- Established network of institutional clients and ability to engage senior decision-makers
- Basic knowledge of crypto assets, digital asset custody, RWA, and DeFi, or strong willingness to learn
- Fluent English and ability to communicate professionally with global institutional clients
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a high-intensity, fast-paced environment
