- Has a minimum of 2 years of paid experience in trades industry
- Aspires to grow professionally
- Willing to dedicate the hours needed to complete the job above satisfaction
- Physically and mentally capable of handyperson duties
- Valid drivers license and car insurance is current
- Has reliable transportation, preferably a truck in condition.
- Own your own tools and know how to use them
- Treat people with respect and expect the same in return

- Minor Carpentry ie trim door repairs trim install ; Minor; Fixtures Repair i.e. minor electrical and plumbing; Painting, exterior siding repairs; painting.
- Some computer skills and write legible
- Build or Repair: Fences; Decks
Skills Required
- Minimum of 2 years of paid experience in the trades industry
- Valid driver's license and current car insurance
- Reliable transportation
- Own personal tools and know how to use them
- Physically and mentally capable of performing handyperson duties
- Strong work ethic, reliability, honesty, ethics, and trustworthiness
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Customer service and communication skills
- Minor carpentry, including trim and door repairs or installation
- Minor electrical and plumbing fixture repairs
- Painting and exterior siding repair experience
- Fence or deck building or repair experience
- Basic computer skills and legible writing
- Truck in good condition
