DESCRIPTION:
Duties: Structure leases, originate and structure real estate and infrastructure loans, lead broad syndication processes, and assess key business plans, permitting, and power risks. Serve as the subject matter expert for data center real estate and infrastructure lending, providing consultation on all data center lending opportunities. Serve as the subject matter expert in leases, digital infrastructure, loan structuring, amortization, and syndication. Serve as team consultant on all data center loans. Maintain full responsibility for overall book management. Participate in real estate lending. Facilitate the diligence and underwriting process for loans in closing, ensuring thorough review and commentary on financial real estate and economic modeling, and creating models for the most complex analyses. Source, identify, and price risk across the credit and asset curve, including risk-adjusted analyses and economic projections of the broader market. Facilitate both individual loan and portfolio-wide processes across key business groups, including product control, market risk, credit, legal, and asset management. Identify and structurally mitigate key business plan and legal risks to investment opportunities across data centers, infrastructure, and real estate. Build and cultivate client relationships through loan origination, syndication, and structural negotiations. Investigate new market and lending opportunities to identify key growth areas and gain the expertise necessary to expand the business. This position requires up to 15% domestic travel to client sites.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum education and experience required: Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Trader, Program Analyst, Investment Banking, or related occupation.
Skills Required: This position requires experience with the following: constructing and analyzing excel models for discounted cash flow bond mathematics for floating rate securities and loans, loan credit metrics, property cash flow, and loan revenue; automating bond and loan pricing calculators via VBA; analyzing macro and micro market trends in the broader infrastructure and commercial real estate markets as well as in speculative construction, including assessing the supply and demand curve, interest rate impacts on equity and debt yields, loan pricing, property valuations, and trading liquidity; originating, underwriting, structuring, negotiating, syndicating and closing loans; analyzing interest rate, swap rate markets, and corporate bond pricing; interpreting and implying Data Center Hawk, CoStar, Greenstreet, REIS, real estate analytics, RCA property-level and macro market data; applying Regulatory bank capital requirements including Basel 3 regulation to project capital requirements of projected loans and portfolio; pricing and secondary market trading of private infrastructure, data center, and commercial real estate loans; analyzing, reporting, interpreting and synthesizing micro transaction and macro market specific risks for underlying transactions and their broader portfolio; data center and infrastructure lending, structuring, syndication, and sizing in project finance and commercial real estate markets. This position requires the following license(s): FINRA SIE, FINRA Series 7TO, and FINRA Series 63.

Full-Time. Salary: $285,000.00-$285,000.00 per year.
