As a Trading Services Analyst within JPMorganChase, you will play a pivotal role in the execution and processing of trade orders, ensuring the smooth operation of our trading and portfolio management businesses. Your work will have a significant impact within your team, contributing to the overall performance of our trading services. Your responsibilities span from supporting order execution to settlement, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all trade activities. You will leverage your developing knowledge of market products and automation technologies to optimize our operating platform. Your ability to manage change and drive continuous improvement will be developed in this role, as you work to enhance our processes and systems. With a focus on collaboration, you will build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, while developing your influence and presentation skills to communicate data-driven insights and collaborate in impactful decisions. Your work will have a direct impact on our team's performance and the achievement of our short-term operational goals.
Job responsibilities 
  • Capture all transactions in risk management systems accurately and on time.
  • Book trades correctly in front office systems while allocating trades, affirming/pre-matching, completing reconciliations, and executing required controls.
  • Resolve trade discrepancies, mismatches, and breaks between front office and back office systems.
  • Confirm trades promptly by driving matching and escalating outstanding items to traders and counterparties.
  • Complete intraday and end-of-day checks to ensure completeness, workflow integrity, and accurate trade risk capture.
  • Partner with Middle Office and back office functions to investigate exceptions and drive timely resolution.
  • Communicate clearly with front office, counterparties, and support teams to resolve mismatches and close queries efficiently.
  • Perform all controls diligently and sign off within required timeframes.
  • Validate and transmit trade instructions accurately to the market to support timely settlement.
  • Improve trade flow understanding and operating processes to enhance STP, control, efficiency, and automation.
  • Contribute subject matter expertise to strategic initiatives, new product launches, system upgrades, and regulatory change projects.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills 
  • Minimum Graduate
  •  Minimum 3 years of experience in capital markets – Securities operations (Equities / Fixed Income – Confirmations / Affirmations / Prematching / Settlements) or related middle office roles
  • Trade capture / allocation, Trade affirmation / confirmation / prematching, trade amendments, intersystem reconciliations, FOBO reconciliations; breaks investigation and resolution
  • Good written and oral communication skills. Must have clear communication skills and an ability to use these to work collaboratively, explain, and challenge, as appropriate
  • Strong team player & able to work in a pressurized and changing environment
  • Good understanding of Fixed Income and the trade flows. Knowledge of the front to back operations process (including the key elements such as booking, confirmations, settlements, etc) to facilitate issue resolution across teams
  • Flexible to work in global shifts (APAC, EMEA or US shift)
  • Flexible to work from any company’s office locations across Mumbai

Skills Required
