If trade support and special purpose vehicles are your strengths, this role is for you. You will support bespoke deals issued through a repackaging platform, partnering with internal teams and external service providers to keep day-to-day activity running smoothly.
As a Trade Support Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) Analyst in JPMorganChase, you will focus on run-the-business activities, including core daily checks and reconciliations, event monitoring, execution of scripted MIS/reporting, and processing of straightforward, repeatable trades within the product suite. You will interact with internal stakeholders in the business, internal and external legal counsel and operational support teams, as well as external service providers to support the deals helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of BAU activities.
Job responsibilities
- Assist with front to back, and cross-asset class Middle Office support for Trading, Structuring, Sales, Finance and Legal
- Co-ordinate straightforward SPV new issuance activity, providing operational support from Trade date until Issue date
- Assist with straightforward cost calculations for new SPV activity
- Perform daily controls, including reconciliation of cash balances and lifecycle checks
- Monitor event activity and support coupon fixing, payments, and corporate actions processing
- Assist with KPIs and exceptions to ensure timely resolution and escalation
- Ensure the smooth settlement of straightforward SPV Repackaging trades, providing multi-team coordination
- Serve as a primary contact for external service providers to ensure settlement instructions are in place and stakeholders are informed
- Maintain accurate records for all repeatable issuances and lifecycle activity
- Help with day-to-day query management associated with core daily tasks
