About the Opportunity:

Life Fitness' Trade Show & Events Coordinator is responsible for the detailed execution of all trade show and event management activities for the US market, focused on best-in-class activation events.

**this is a hybrid position based out of our Global HQ in Rosemont, IL - M/F remote and T-Th are in-office collaboration days** #LI-Hybrid

Life Fitness' Trade Show & Events Coordinator is responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining annual trade show plan in alignment with company standards and processes

  • Managing all show components including pre-planning coordination, show logistics/execution and post-show completion of all details.

  • Managing & negotiating contracts and other necessary vendor/supplier relationships.

  • Verify and complete required lead data entry to ensure accurate records in SFDC

  • Effective time, travel and expense management on daily basis

  • Ability to travel at different times throughout the year primarily within the United States (30% travel)

What we're looking for in our Trade Show & Events Coordinator (qualifications):

  • 3+ years of experience in events / trade show planning in a B2B environment required

  • Prior experience working as part of a global marketing team preferred, but not required

  • Exceptional organizational, attention to detail, coordination and multi-tasking skills

  • Proactive nature with a continuous learning, development, and optimization mindset

  • Customer experience focused

  • Effective, strong communication and listening skills

  • Building relationships and networking

  • Problem solving and negotiation skills
