Job summary:
Responsible for overseeing and managing the accounts payable function ensuring accurate payment processing and maintaining effective supplier relationships. The role involves managing digital wallets and electronic payment systems.

Key Responsibilities:

-Ensure timely processing of vendor payments.
-Implement and manage processes for approvals
-Oversee the digital wallets ensuring secure and efficient transactions.
-Prepare and present regular reports on accounts payable metrics, including aging reports and cash flow forecasts
-Analyze payment processes for efficiency and improvements
-Collaborate with procurement and operations team to ensure alignment on payment processes and vendor management
-Participate in audits related to accounts payable.
Team Leadership:
-Lead, train and develop the accounts payable team
-Establish performance metrics and conduct regular performance review

Education:
-Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting (Master's degree or a professional certification is a plus)
Experience:
-Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounts payable.
-Prior experience in managing teams and leading financial processes.
