We are looking for a Trade Marketing Supervisor to support the
effective execution of trade marketing plans, strengthen product visibility
across the market, and provide actionable market insights that support
commercial growth.

· Follow up on the
implementation of approved trade marketing plans, activities, and promotional
campaigns across markets and points of sale, in coordination with the Brand
Manager and Sales Department.
· Prepare and follow
up on the execution calendar for trade marketing activities in line with
approved plans, in coordination with the Brand Manager and relevant departments.
· Conduct regular
market visits to monitor product availability, display and visibility, prices,
promotions, and point-of-sale materials, and identify execution issues and
opportunities.
· Monitor the stock,
distribution, and use of Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM) in company warehouses
and points of sale in line with approved plans.
· Manage and organize
the marketing promotion teams for ongoing sampling and tasting campaigns,
including scheduling and allocating teams to locations in coordination with
Sales, and monitoring performance, execution, and results.
· Identify
opportunities for Below-the-Line (BTL) consumer activities and contribute to
their implementation and evaluation in coordination with relevant departments.
· Follow up on the
preparation, production, and installation of company stands and dedicated
product display spaces at Key Accounts, in coordination with Sales,
Procurement, and relevant departments, while maintaining a regular tracking
list until completion.
· Regularly collect,
update, and analyze market and competitor information, including prices, new
products, sizes and weights, packaging, promotions, distribution channels,
presence and visibility at points of sale, and any significant market changes.
· Conduct and support
market studies and analyses using market, sales, and marketing data to
understand market trends, product and category performance, and market share
development.
· Prepare and update
databases and periodic reports on the market, competitors, prices, and trade
activities, and report key findings, opportunities, threats, and
recommendations to the Brand Manager and Head of Marketing.
· Monitor and evaluate
the execution and effectiveness of trade marketing campaigns and activities,
prepare post-implementation reports, and identify opportunities for improvement.
· Provide market
information and analysis to support Marketing Department decisions related to
existing products, new product launches and development, and marketing
initiatives.
· Perform any other
duties related to the nature of the position as assigned by the direct
supervisor.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
1.
· Bachelor’s degree in
Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Relevant 3 years
experience in Trade Marketing, Marketing, or Sales, preferably within FMCG.
· Strong understanding
of market execution, promotions, POSM, and consumer activation.
· Strong coordination,
communication, and field follow-up capabilities.
Skills Required
- Degree in Marketing or Business Management
- Four years relevant experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Arabic
- Proficient with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
