About the position
Location: Saudi Arabia
Hybrid
- Manage retail channels: modern trade, traditional trade, and e-commerce, using distributor sales and merchandising teams.
- Conduct weekly performance reviews and ensure accurate sales forecasting within the standard operating process.
- Present opportunities and risks to senior management during monthly business reviews.
- Develop and implement trade marketing and customer plans across various channels.
- Collaborate with the brand team for in-store activations aligned with brand objectives.
- Create customized channel and customer sales strategies, setting sales and profitability targets.
- Lead the S&OP process, annual business plans, and monthly customer, category, and brand development plans.
- Manage trade budgets (gross to net) and handle P&L responsibilities.
- Analyze market data (Nielsen, Ipsos) to identify business opportunities.
- Lead net revenue management projects, focusing on size, pricing, portfolio, and planogram strategies.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of promotions and design optimized promotion strategies for customers and SKUs.

- Delivery of Planned Trade Marketing activities of the year as per aligned timelines.
- Adherence to Sales, Profitability and Trade Budgets
- Measure Efficacies of all activities by tracking of Pre & Post Offtakes.
