Your Role at Delta Faucet 

As the Trade Marketing Communication Leader, you will play a vital role in developing, managing, and executing communication and marketing content strategies that resonate with the Delta and Peerless brand voices. Your expertise will be essential in crafting messaging that drives trade segment goals while ensuring cohesive communication across all platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including product, sales, channel marketing, and sales enablement—to deliver impactful content and communication initiatives. In this role, you will help to cultivate an inclusive environment where diverse ideas and perspectives are valued and contribute to our collective success. 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Communication and Messaging: Develop clear and compelling messaging for trade, aligning with channel segment goals and brand marketing campaigns. Collaborate with the brand team to ensure consistency across all touchpoints, including product launches and customer communications. 

  • Content Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive trade marketing content strategy that supports brand and segment objectives. Identify key themes and messages to effectively communicate through various channels. 

  • Content Creation and Management: Direct the creation and management of trade marketing assets in collaboration with the brand creative asset manager. Oversee editing, proofreading, and approvals for materials such as price books, catalogs, and digital campaigns. 

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, channel marketing, and brand teams to develop content supporting product launches and sales initiatives. Partner with marketing agencies to produce high-quality content within timelines and budgets. 

 

Qualifications 

  • Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred with 8 years minimum in marketing, brand or communications, preferably with a focus on trade marketing. 

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Content Expertise: Proficient in creating a wide range of content types, including written, visual, and multimedia formats. 

  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. 

  • Brand Management: Experience in maintaining brand guidelines and ensuring consistent application across all content. 

  • Sales Support Knowledge: Understanding of sales processes and the ability to create materials that support sales efforts. 

  • Team Building: Able to influence and work collaboratively with cross functional teams in a matrixed organization

Full timeHiring Range: $114,800.00 - $180,400.00Actual compensation may vary based on various factors including experience, education, geographic location, and/or skills.
