What you’ll do...
As the Trade Marketing Analyst, you will support the Trade Marketing team as the liaison and pivotal point of contact between the Brand Marketing and Sales teams. You will work closely with Internal Sales and HQ to identify and optimize sales growth opportunities. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Design, and Demand Planning on the development and execution of national commercialization strategies and customer-specific plans, ensuring effective product launches in the marketplace. Sales Support
• Lead sales input process for business activities with a focus on innovation timelines and forecasting
• Aggregate and manage distribution assumptions for each product line across all customers and share findings in a monthly report to be shared with Leadership
• Create and maintain sales support materials to include customer selling decks and price lists
• Manage external vendor relationships specific to racks and displays, including POS material, budgets, and forecasts

Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to align business efforts with overall company objectives
• Assist in the creation of presentation materials and collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage timeline deliverables for the annual sales conference

Data Analysis & Reporting
• Create reporting templates and update existing reports to provide support and analysis for innovation business initiatives across total KIND portfolio
• Report insights related to innovation performance, retailer dynamics, promotions etc. to wide variety of internal and external stakeholders to include Field Sales/Customer Teams, Sales Planning teams, retailer contacts and Kind Leadership.
• Independently gather and interpret data and identify business trends, drivers, and opportunities.

You have...
• Bachelor’s Degree Required
• 1-3+ years of Experience
• High degree of self-motivation and discipline
• Exceptional organization and communication skills (both written & verbal)
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint
• The ability to work with a wide variety of individuals within the organization and maintain regular contact with all stakeholders
Pluses
• Degree with a focus on Marketing or Sales preferred
• Experience analyzing sales data, preferably in the CPG industry
• Ability to work in NYC HQ office two days per week consistently

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable salary range estimate. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $74,500. Actual salary will be based on various factors, including location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ.
