Job summary
As a Trade Lifecycle Manager III within JPMorganChase, you will play a pivotal role in managing the operations of the pre- and post-trading life cycle across all asset classes. You will coordinate cash movements in and out of client accounts, prepare funding for managed demand deposit accounts, and collaborate with business partners to ensure proper funding. Your deep understanding of trade lifecycle principles will enable you to make impactful decisions that drive operational excellence and financial management. You will champion process improvement, automation, and project management to enhance efficiency and innovation. As a leader, you will foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence, and your ability to influence and manage internal stakeholders will be key to achieving strategic objectives.  You will join a diverse and dynamic team committed to delivering best-in-class solutions for our clients. Your leadership and expertise will help shape the team culture, promote collaboration, and support ongoing professional development.

Job responsibilities

  • Lead execution of complex tasks involving cash movements in and out of client accounts, applying advanced trade lifecycle knowledge.
  • Drive development and implementation of process improvement strategies, utilizing automation and project management skills.
  • Oversee operations of the pre- and post-trading life cycle across all asset classes, ensuring trades are processed accurately.
  • Maintain compliance with industry practices and regulations through advanced market product knowledge.
  • Manage a diverse team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Collaborate with business partners to ensure proper funding and operational alignment.
  • Utilize strong analytical and numerical skills to support decision-making.
  • Champion change management initiatives to navigate organizational shifts.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Seven years of experience managing operations functions of the pre- and post-trading life cycle across asset classes, including coordinating complex cash movements and preparing funding for managed demand deposit accounts.   • Strong financial markets product knowledge and understanding of transaction lifecycle in Custody or subject matter expertise in Hedge Funds and Mutual Funds.

  • Experience supporting ongoing professional development and team growth.
