Job Description
Join our dynamic team as a Trade Lifecycle Analyst, where you'll play a crucial role in supporting market functions and managing day-to-day settlement flows. As a Trade Lifecycle Analyst in Istanbul Operations Team, you will have an exciting opportunity to engage with key financial institutions and contribute to the seamless operation of trade processes. Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily reconciliation tasks for supervisory controls.
  • Support ad-hoc requests from other local departments.
  • Prepare and submit regulatory reports to local authorities.
  • Monitor trade flow between systems, ensuring successful delivery into downstream systems.
  • Provide user support during User Acceptance Test cycles.
  • Execute trade capture controls in accordance with corporate and local policies.
  • Liaise with Istanbul Stock Exchange, ISE Clearing Bank Takasbank, and Central Bank of Turkey for all cash & securities settlements and funding aspects.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business Administration, International Relations, or Banking.
  • Up to 2 years of experience in the Banking Sector, preferably in Treasury Operations.
  • Fluent in Turkish and English, with strong writing, speaking, and listening skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High-level knowledge of Swift message types used in settlement flows.
  • Strong attention to detail and a sense of urgency in operational workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and adapt within a changing environment.

  • Experience in continuously improving business processes and controls.
  • Ability to deal effectively and tactfully with customers, other banks, and colleagues.
  • Passionate about the role, approaching tasks with enthusiasm, dedication, professionalism, and care.
  • Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
