- Provide support for Fidessa and other equity products/applications, ensuring timely trade bookings and matching.
- Monitor and resolve breaks between front and back-office trade capture systems to minimize risks.
- Collaborate with the development team to create solutions aligned with business strategy.
- Proactively monitor and evaluate performance metrics, identifying and addressing issues.
- Analyze trade-related issues, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards, providing actionable insights.
- Utilize JIRA and Confluence for request tracking and procedure documentation.
- Participate in change management initiatives, conducting impact analyses and assessments.
- Engage with vendors, customers, and stakeholders for effective service delivery.
- Resolve trade issues directly or escalate to senior management and internal teams.
- 5+ years of experience in cash equity trade desk support is required.
- Middle Office/trade processing experience is preferred.
- A strong understanding of equity business products, services, and controls is essential.
- Experience with relevant systems like Fidessa, OMS/EMS, and Fix Connectivity is a must.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is necessary.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in equity trading and risk management is crucial.
- Exceptional communication, customer service, and collaboration skills are required.
- The ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and make decisions effectively is key.
