What you'll Be Doing:
- Prepare documentation and collect data for Duty Drawback
- Work with customer service team members to audit trade compliance records
- Assist with day-to-day functions of the Henny Penny Trade Compliance Team
- Assist Logistics and Customer Services in maintaining an effective Customs Compliance program
- Resolve issues with shipments in transit
- Draft professional internal communications
- Consistently models the Company Values and Expected Behaviors

What We're Looking For:
- Associate’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Basic knowledge of ERP system
- Proficient in MS Office with the ability to learn new software
- Ability to use discretion and sound judgement to make decisions
