Primary Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
- Monitor top day trade clearance covering markets globally
- Perform trade allocations and research any allocation issues with external brokers and internal traders
- Monitoring Give ups/ins as well as T1 out trades
- Respond to queries from Trades and clients. Follow up on unallocated top day trades
- Manage lifecycle events on Futures and Options.
- Option Expirations and early exercise and Assignments requests for all exchanges.
- Perform open interest and large trader position adjustments at the exchanges with CME FEC and ICE-ECS portals
- Ensure all Point Balance and Carry-Broker reconciliations are performed and breaks are researched and resolved
- Perform Top day and T1 position close outs at all exchanges and carry brokers
- Manage physical delivery of products such as Metals and Fixed income.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- Strong Client Services experience
- 3-5 years experience with Futures or cleared swaps
- Strong understanding of process, products, exchanges and rules.
- BA/BS degree
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Excellent understanding of Operational risk, procedures and controls
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
