Your Role at Delta Faucet

We are looking for a Data Analytics Intern to help transform large datasets into meaningful insights that support business growth and decision-making. This internship provides hands-on experience with data visualization, statistical analysis, and business intelligence tools while working on real-world challenges in sales, marketing, and product development.

This position will be located in our headquarters in Carmel, Indiana.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with team members to understand business operations and analytics needs.
• Assist in designing and building intuitive dashboards using PowerBI and Salesforce Analytics Studio to enable self-service analytics.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to identify key trends and patterns in business data.
• Apply statistical methodologies such as hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and clustering to support data-driven decisions.
• Synthesize and present data findings in a clear, actionable format for business leaders.
• Support data governance efforts by contributing to data dictionaries and metric standardization. Contribute to data cleaning and data modeling efforts

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• The ideal candidate will be entering their Senior year with a minimum of a 3.0 GPA.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to interpret complex data.
• Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools (PowerBI preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Understanding of statistical methods such as regression analysis and hypothesis testing is a plus.
• Experience with Python, R, cloud databases (Azure), or data science platforms (Databricks) is a plus.

This position will pay $19 - $21/hour, based on the candidate's skills, experience and education level.
