The Interim Manager - TRA is part of team that supports the temporary leadership needs of the Tenet Healthcare organization. The Manager will support the needs in any market in which Tenet operates. The Manager is the administrator for the assigned department. The Manager establishes and enforces policies, procedures, standards, and objectives. Directs and supervises staff as well as workflow. Will report to Patient Safety Director.
ResponsibilitiesResponsible 24 hours a day for the ongoing effective operation of the assigned departments by exerting a leadership role which supports the hospital’s mission, vision, goals, and objectives, while focusing on the patients, physicians, employees, volunteers, and the community as customers. Ongoing accountability for the continuous assessment, improvement, coordination and integration of the departments' services and standards of care into the hospital’s primary function. Position is responsible for approving timekeeping, employee evaluation, meeting applicable regulatory standards, and approving supply orders.
QualificationsEducation:
Required: Bachelor's degree in related Allied Health Specialty based on the assigned department. Refer to job posting for details.
Preferred: Master's degree in Allied Health Specialty, Health Administration or Business based on assigned department. Refer to job posting for details.
Experience:
Required: 5 years of progressive management experience in an acute care facility.

Certifications:
Required: AHA BLS. CPHRM or CPPS certification.
Physical Demands:
Lift/position up to 25 lbs. Push/pull up to 25 lbs. of force. Frequent sitting. Moderate standing, walking, reaching, stooping, and bending. Manual dexterity, mobility, touch, auditory to perform all the related duties of the position.
