We are seeking an experienced Senior Information Assurance Engineer with an active Top Secret clearance to join our team. As a senior member of our information assurance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and compliance of our systems, with a specific focus on Federal Authority to Operate (ATO)/Risk Management Framework (RMF) and accreditations. You will work closely with our clients to navigate the complex world of federal security requirements and certifications.
Responsibilities
- Lead the effort to obtain and maintain Federal ATOs and accreditations for our systems.
- Conduct security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with federal security standards.
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain RMF documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and remediate security vulnerabilities.
- Provide expertise and guidance on federal security regulations and best practices.
- Stay current with evolving federal security requirements and standards.
Qualifications
- Active Top Secret security clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Cyber Security, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in information assurance and cyber security.
- Familiarity with Federal ATO processes and NIST Cyber Security Framework.
- Strong knowledge of federal security regulations and standards (e.g., FISMA, RMF).
- Experience conducting security assessments and audits.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA) preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
