We are seeking an experienced Tool Pusher to oversee drilling operations and lead the rig crew. This position is responsible for ensuring drilling activities are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company and client requirements.

- Supervise drilling, completion, and workover operations.
- Lead and direct drilling crews and daily rig activities.
- Ensure operations follow company, client, and safety procedures.
- Oversee well control procedures, BOP testing, and drilling equipment.
- Coordinate rig moves and lifting activities.
- Lead safety meetings and risk assessments.
- Monitor equipment maintenance, parts, and supplies.
- Communicate with client representatives regarding operations.
- Maintain safe and organized working conditions on the rig.
- 3+ years of oilfield/drilling experience required.
- 7+ years of drilling rig experience preferred.
- Previous Kelly Drive Rig experience.
- Previous drilling crew leadership/supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of drilling operations, well control, BOPs, and rig safety.
- Valid driver's license preferred; CDL is a plus.
- Must be willing to travel, work overtime, and work 12-hour shifts.
- Must be able to work outdoors and at heights.
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
- Must pass required pre-employment screening.
Experienced, safety-focused drilling professionals with strong leadership skills are encouraged to apply.
Skills Required
- 3+ years of oilfield industry experience
- Previous experience on a Kelly Drive Rig
- Knowledge of basic mechanical functions
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to lift, move, or carry up to 100 pounds
- Ability to climb stairs up to 15 feet and work at heights
- Ability to work 12-hour tours while maintaining alertness
- Ability to operate valves requiring up to 160 pounds of torque
- Ability to work safely with heavy tools, moving machinery, drilling mud, oil, and grease
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education
- Clean driving record
- Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- 7+ years of drilling rig operations experience
