We are urgently seeking an experienced SAP TM (Transportation Management) Specialist to join an ongoing project in Mexico. The consultant will be responsible for the configuration, optimization, and support of SAP TM processes, ensuring successful integration within the supply chain and logistics ecosystem.
ResponsibilitiesAnalyze business requirements and design SAP TM solutions aligned with client needs.
Configure and customize SAP TM functionalities to support transportation planning, execution, and settlement.
Integrate SAP TM with related SAP modules (EWM, MM, SD, FI, etc.).
Provide guidance and best practices on transportation processes and system enhancements.
Support project milestones, including workshops, testing, go-live, and hypercare.
Collaborate with cross-functional and client teams to ensure successful delivery.
Proven expertise as an SAP TM Specialist in full-cycle implementations and support projects.
Strong knowledge of SAP TM processes: freight planning, scheduling, execution, tendering, freight settlement, and carrier collaboration.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA environments (desirable).
Ability to work in hybrid mode with travel to Guadalajara as required.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
English proficiency desirable (not mandatory).
