- Understanding of CBC versus AEAD, RSA versus ECDHE, and perfect forward secrecy
- Experience with TLS hardening and modernization
- Wireshark experience and TLS handshake troubleshooting skills
- Experience with TLS endpoint and flow inventory and dependency analysis
- Experience planning and implementing TLS 1.3 migrations
- Ability to create TLS standards, runbooks, monitoring, and reporting
- Strong communication across mainframe, network, platform, and security teams
- USC, GC, or GC EAD work authorization; W2 engagement only
