We are seeking a motivated individual to join us as a Titling Specialist . The Titling Specialist will be responsible for managing the titling, registration, and lien documentation for company assets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with state and federal requirements. This position will report to the Customer Service Manager, and will be an essential component of the Dext Operations Team.

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage title, registration, and lien documentation for leased and financed vehicles and equipment.
  • Coordinate with state DMVs, county agencies, and third-party vendors to obtain, file, and track titles and registrations.
  • Review lease and finance agreements to verify accurate lien holder, owner, and title information.
  • Monitor title status and follow up proactively to ensure timely receipt, filing, and perfection of liens.
  • Complete title assignments and releases, as requested by customers.
  • Research and resolve title discrepancies, rejected filings, and outstanding lien issues.
  • Maintain detailed, accurate, and well-organized titling records within company systems.
  • Communicate with internal departments, customers, dealers, legal counsel, and vendors to resolve titling-related inquiries.
  • Coordinate with the Contracts and Documentation team to ensure titling and lien perfection requirements are satisfied prior to closing and funding of transactions.
  • Stay current on state-specific titling regulations and requirements to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Collaborate with the Operations and Customer Service teams to support a positive and consistent customer experience.

Experience Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in titling, registration, or a related administrative role
  • Familiarity with state DMV titling, registration, and lien processes
  • General knowledge of legal documents used to support commercial leases/loans
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office series (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience in the leasing, automotive, or equipment finance industry


Wage Range ($50,000 - $65,000)

Skills Required
