This role operates in a hybrid capacity with up to 4 required on-site days weekly at the managers discretion. Under the direction of the Senior Operations Manager or Operations Manager, the Office Manager will serve as an Inventory Management–Focused Office Manager, accountable for overseeing specialty processing workflows and delivering measurable reductions in aged and delayed inventory. In addition to core Office Manager responsibilities, this role places a strong emphasis on operational execution, continuous process improvement, and cross-functional coordination to ensure the timely and compliant movement of assets.
The Office Manager will analyze inventory trends, identify barriers to progression, and implement targeted action plans to resolve exceptions. This position requires a proactive leader who can drive accountability, support team development, and collaborate with internal and external partners to optimize performance and achieve key operational metrics.
Required Skills & Experience:
- High School Degree (GED), some college preferred
- Three (3) years office management or equivalent experience
- Computer Proficiency (MS Office Suite)Excellent communication skills -- verbal and written
- Background in inventory control, asset management, or operations support
- Experience working cross-functionally to move work through multiple stages of a process
- Ability to analyze reporting and data to drive inventory reduction strategies
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume workloads
- Proven ability to lead process improvement initiatives and influence outcomes without direct authority
- Ability to manage expenses with basic accounting and inventory management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Managing multiple processes for employees
- Conflict management skills
- Valid Drivers license
- Ability to travel as needed
- Ability to respond to alarm calls as needed
- Bilingual skill a plus
Pay $65,000 annually
