- Inspect, diagnose, and perform comprehensive tire service and maintenance on company equipment.
- Accurately document service details, enter information into company systems, and communicate findings to the shop or service providers as needed.
- Ensure compliance with the company's tire maintenance program by identifying service needs and recommending appropriate actions.
- Follow all Tire Industry Association (TIA) standards, company policies, and safety regulations to promote a safe work environment for employees and drivers.
- Resolve maintenance issues efficiently while providing exceptional customer service.
- Consistently adhere to established processes, procedures, and quality standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and communicate recommendations to management.
- Share knowledge, best practices, and technical expertise with team members.
- Maintain a professional, positive, and safety-focused work environment at all times.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver's license required.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Proficient with computers, including Microsoft Office, Windows, and other business software.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are preferred but not required.
- Minimum of one year of stable work history or post-secondary education.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to frequently stoop, bend, kneel, and crawl beneath equipment.
- Tire Industry Association (TIA) certifications are preferred but not required.
Work Schedule:
Choose from one of the following schedules:
- Monday – Thursday: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Tuesday – Friday: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Due to the collaborative nature of the work environment, the spontaneous need for idea generation and execution, and the potential for expedited remediations, responses, or information gathering, in-person, in-office attendance is an essential function of this position.
