This position reports to the Slot Floor Manager and provides expertise in the development of high-value players through relationship building, player outreach, and management of the player’s club. This is accomplished by maintaining positive relationships with Tin Lizzie’s guests, appropriate scheduling and training of player’s club staff, and direct marketing to our most valuable players. The Casino Host will coordinate player development strategies with the Casino Slot Floor Manager and Marketing Manager.

Manages Tin Lizzie's player’s club operations, and player development with ownership of department performance in labor expenses, player development results, compliance, and casino promotion engagement. This position will contribute significant input to slot marketing strategy, casino promotions, slot event execution, and player development.

The Casino Host & Clubhouse Manager ensures staff are properly trained in department SOPs, maintains compliance with all gaming regulations, and staffs the Clubhouse with employees who demonstrate a high level of guest service. 

Additionally, this hands-on management position requires strong leadership skills, working at the player’s club, and the ability to establish positive working relationships with players and employees. 

Performs other gaming-related duties as assigned. 

  • Ensure the training and education of Clubhouse attendants.
  • Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant departments are kept informed and up to date of slot promotion objectives.
  • Perform Clubhouse duties as needed.
  • Carry out player development duties.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of gaming fundamentals, slot products, and slot promotions.
  • Other duties as assigned by executive management

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Must be able to obtain a South Dakota Commission on Gaming Support License within 30 days of hire.
  • Minimum of 1 year player’s club management experience and/or casino hosting preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Hospitality & casino industry experience preferred.
