As our TikTok Lead, you'll be the mastermind behind Mighty Networks' presence on the platform. Your mission? Turn our TikTok into a content phenomenon that entertains, educates, and drives explosive growth.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategy that consistently achieves the best features of TikTok
- Create scroll-stopping content that captures attention and showcases Mighty Networks' value
- Master TikTok's algorithm, ensuring our content reaches the right audiences at the right time
- Analyze performance metrics obsessively, continuously optimizing our approach
- Repurpose existing content creatively, finding fresh angles that resonate on TikTok
- Stay ahead of TikTok trends, jumping on opportunities for relevance and virality
- Collaborate with our marketing team to align TikTok efforts with broader business goals
- Quickly identify and incorporate user-generated content templates and what’s working
The TikTok Expert We're Looking For
- Eats, sleeps, and breathes TikTok, with an innate understanding of what makes content go viral
- Has a proven track record of growing accounts and consistently creating high-performing content
- Possesses strong opinions on what works on TikTok right now and how Mighty Networks can capitalize on it
- Excels at creating and reproducing successful content templates
- Demonstrates expertise in TikTok's features, from effects and transitions to sounds and challenges
- Can rapidly produce and iterate on content, keeping pace with TikTok's fast-moving trends
