We are looking for an in-house TikTok Content Creator. This role is ideal for someone in college or recently graduated students who are passionate about content. Your primary role will be to post short-form content and generate brand awareness through your unique style. Come become an influencer at Tomo!

Responsibilities: 

• Content creation – Create compelling content to engage target audiences through all channels. Use analyzed data to share and replicate success.
• Management – Own Tomo's social accounts and drive compelling content strategy. Manage comments, identify trends, talk to strangers, and involve friends to join in on content.
• Efficiency –Be comfortable ideating, producing, and editing 3+ pieces of content daily. 

Requirements/Qualifications

• Speak and show personality on the video

• Ability to create a concise story-line that will engage viewers based on:

• Shock factor (e.g., jumping into frame and surprising viewers)

• Emphasized emotions (e.g., high level of enthusiasm)

• Humor (e.g., reaction video of love letter generated by Cramly)

• Posting content consistently, 1 - 3 times per day

• Willingness to put yourself out there, try new ideas, and receive feedback

• Willing to create videos in different outfits and environments to generate novelty

• In-depth knowledge of TikTok trends, challenges, and features

• Ability to commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or just graduated.

• Able to respond to all comments on videos promptly

• Video editing background using Final Cut, Photoshop, or other similar software
