What You'll DoAs an Admissions Ticket Seller, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in creating a great first impression.
Responsibilities include:
- Greeting guests as they approach the ticket counter
- Providing information on attraction pricing, packages, and promotions
- Processing ticket sales using a point-of-sale system
- Promoting combination packages and attraction upgrades
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming ticket booth area
- Delivering exceptional customer service to every guest
- Assisting other team members as needed to ensure a great guest experience
- Friendly, outgoing, and energetic personality
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Reliable and dependable attendance
- Comfortable sitting or standing for extended periods
- Basic computer and cash-handling skills are a plus
- No experience required—we'll train the right candidate!
