Responsibilities 

• Active involvement in the development, implementation and monitoring of standards and processes for the central outsourcing management
• Conceptualize, design, and Implement DORA solution within SCAYLE Payments
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify outsourcing needs and opportunities
• Evaluate and select outsourcing partners, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and assess the performance of outsourcing partners to ensure service quality, cost-effectiveness, and compliance.
• Continuously optimise outsourcing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Create and maintain clear documentation of outsourcing activities and contracts.
• Preparation of data and analyses as part of outsourcing reporting to the Management
• Proactively identify and mitigate outsourcing-related risks.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in outsourcing and fintech

Requirements

• Degree in computer science, law, economics or a comparable course of study
• Proven experience as an Outsourcing Manager in the fintech or financial services industry
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance, in particular FINTECH and IT, as well as good knowledge of practice-relevant standards such as ISO, ZAIT, DORA, MARisk-ZAG
• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills
• Outstanding problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent English, both written and spoken, German is a plus
