Therapeutic Strategy Director - Respiratory

IQVIA is seeking an experienced Therapeutic Strategy Lead (TSL) to drive early engagement, proposal strategy, and solution design for global Respiratory clinical trials (Phase I–III). This role is key to shaping winning strategies, supporting client engagement, and differentiating IQVIA in a priority growth area.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead development of innovative therapeutic and operational strategies for Respiratory opportunities.
• Partner with Business Development and cross‑functional experts to design client‑centric solutions and proposals.
• Represent IQVIA in early engagement, client meetings, and bid defenses, clearly articulating strategy and win themes.
• Analyze feasibility, risk, competitive landscape, site/country strategy, and recruitment approaches.
• Translate the sold strategy to delivery teams and provide strategic guidance post‑award when needed.

What You Bring

• Deep experience in global clinical research (10+ years), including Respiratory and Phase I–III operational delivery.
• Strong understanding of the drug development lifecycle, clinical operations, and project management.
• Current knowledge of scientific, clinical, and regulatory aspects of Respiratory indications.
• Ability to lead in a matrix environment, influence stakeholders, and drive solutions independently.
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences required; advanced degree preferred.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $139,700.00 - $259,400.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
