- At least 5 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
- Good experience in TFS / Quality Center administration.
- At least 4 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment

- Experience with project management
- Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel
•Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent (or equivalent progressive experience)
- At least 7 years of IT experience
- At least 5 years of Business Process Consulting, architecture/design/detailing of processes
- At least 4 years of development, configuration, solutions evaluation, validation and deployment experience
- Experience in TFS (Team Foundation Server) administration
- Experience in Quality Center/HP ALM administration
- Project management experience
- Project and talent management experience
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly for management consulting engagements
